Biography

As a predoctoral student in the final year of my studies, my research has drawn on genome-wide transcriptional data surveyed in the human skin in order to study the connection between circadian rhythms and the homeostasis and differentiation of the skin.  I have also studies protein-protein interaction networks, specifically human protein complexes in order to understand the different properties of distinct classes of proteins like those are shared by several complexes as a common core and those which attach and detach from these cores as accessory proteins.
